Where it is

The island, then the atoll.

If you’re already on Thulusdhoo, the first map is the one you want — the house sits at the east edge of the village, three minutes from Cokes. The second puts the island in context: Kaafu Atoll, east rim, 25 minutes by speedboat from the airport, with six reef breaks inside a morning’s range.

The ONA surfhouse sits at the east edge of the village, a three-minute walk from the paddle-out at Cokes, which breaks just seaward of the small islet off the island's east point. The harbour and ferry jetty are on the north-west shore, to be confirmed. What we’re building

A surfhouse, not a resort.

Eleven rooms on a local island, purpose-built for one job: making intermediate surfers measurably better. Small-group coaching, surfing as much as each day allows, video review every evening on a projection screen.

A courtyard built around the jamburoal tree that was already standing there, board racks and a wash-down at the door you actually come in through, and a roof terrace for when the wind is wrong. It opens early 2028.
